Round 6

Cañizales is getting nailed with right hands, unavoidably. Teraji able to spring-load the right hands, not hiding what he's doing in the slightest, but Cañizales' wheels aren't carrying him to safety as he can only watch them rain in. Cañizales jabbing at first, then hurling right hands up top, pushing forward and mounting a bit of a rally in the final minute, but not enough to reconcile all those lumps he took in the first two.

Its spot may be safe. The second through fourth rounds was an epic, maybe the best 3-round sequence in a while, but ...it's sadly been slowly morphing into a prolonged dissection of CCC. He's raging against the dying of a light, but...since the 4th it hasn't been super competitive.

 

Round 7

Cañizales with a short burst of aggression, then skating away, barely able to keep his arms up to block consistently, absolutely knackered and just a target practice clay pigeon for Teraji. Jabs and body shots are high percentage for Teraji. Cañizales waits until the last half-minute and surges again, but as usual it doesn't amount to enough to rectify things.

Round 8

Cañizales is stumbling around the ring, his knees jiggling every time he blocks a combination from Teraji. 1-2s up top and body hooks from Teraji. Cañizales starts to whip some hard left hooks in, climbing from Teraji's hip to his neck, scoring a few well but with thirty seconds remaining. Cañizales with a shoeshine on the body in the closing seconds, winging arm punches with power but no snap as he's clearly beat.

Round 9

Cañizales is getting hunted down and jabbed in the face. Cañizales breathing through his mouth, nose may have been crunched at some point? Cañizales still wobbling unsteadily even from blocked shots. His legs are gone. Cañizales bravely firing back enough to stay alive, however. Teraji looping right hands into the body, and getting pummeled as Cañizales pounces like a cornered animal with power shots.

CCC would be such a beast if he improved his stamina.

Well, he is a beast already - but he'd be an elite beast if he could fight a full three minutes consistently without blowing up.

 

Round 10

Cañizales is smelling blood in the water, having success much earlier in the round than usual as Teraji clearly wants a breather. Cañizales is doubling and tripling hooks on the body and keeping a jab in Teraji's face. Cañizales is walking through right hands and just crop-dusting Teraji with a high volume of arm punches. Teraji looks uncomfortable. Teraji with a bunch of desperate 1-2s missing past Cañizales' head.
