So yeah Japanese boxing fans are definitely looking forward to seeing Tenshins progression through the pro boxing ranks. We suggest you give him a chance and follow along with his career.

    Round 1

They meet in center ring and immediately start exchanging flick jabs. Akui with level-changing up-down feints. Dalakian whipping some awkard hooks off his left hip while circling. Fluid footwork from both men. Akui tentative, mostly jabbing except for some whacks on the body when they close in tight.

    10-9 Dalakian, close

Artem held more than he threw punches. He's reprehensible.

He did move there. Lennon should have said "fighting out of". Obviously he can't defend his belt there at the moment (lol), but it is home now.

    Round 1 Akui 10-9
    Round 2 Akui 10-9

Poncher and Estrada are both talking out of their cute asses. Akui is doing a fine job cutting off the ring, and the punches he is landing are far more eye catching.

    Round 2

Dalakian skirting around the ring, throwing his odd combos - usually a backhanded jab or winging left hook up top followed by a crooked-arm right hand. Most of these are hitting Akui's glove. Akui pursuing and jabbing up and down Dalakian from waist to face. Best shot of the round is a flush right hand from Akui timing Dalakian's lateral movement.

    10-9 Akui

    19-19

I don't think he could defend his belt in Baku either currently lol. Not a good time for both his homeland and adopted country of choice.

The whole thing with Akui's name cracks me up.

His real birth name is "Yuri Akui Masago", but he fights as "Seigo Yuri Akui".

...both masago (egg) and seigo (deep sea bass) are types of sushi.

Smacking gloves are not clean effective landing shots.

    Round 2

Dalakian is firing at strange angles without setting his feet, combining uppercuts and hooks while gliding on his toes in spirals in & out. Most of these are blocked. His defense is mainly upper-body lean-aways, some very close calls when Akui misses (but also just getting grazed for the most part when he lands). Akui patiently working his way in and jabbing the body, then spearing rights at the head of Dalakian or catching him with a slashing two-piece as he snaps a turn off the ropes.

    10-9 Akui

    29-28 Akui

Goddamn, Seniesa and Chrystina have a narrative, and they're doing a damned fine job sticking to it.
