Had Teraji taken the 12th, I would have had it 7-5 Akui, being very generous to Teraji.

That was a bit premature, could've waited until Akui went down which he would've.

90 seconds left and Akui was definitely going down within, but not sure if it would've been a KO or he would've come up.

Kenshiro Teraji is definetely a hall of fame now !

He join Pone Kingpetch, Hiroyuki Ebihara, Salvatore Bruni, Horacio Akavallo, the only flyweight names in history to have two world championship belt.

Hmm I'll have to see that again to find out if it was criminal or merely premature.

The Amazing Boy does it again Woooo..

Mixed feelings on this one. Very happy for Kenshiro but gutted for Akui.

Both guys should be proud they fought their hearts out and gave us a fight to remember.

I take a bow for these two samurais :worship2:

In hindsight Akui should've taken a knee during that barrage given he had a good lead. Can't just endlessly shell up in a beating I guess.

Gutted for Akui. Hope everything is alright with him.

Akui was hurt and he looked in bad shape. However I had him winning before the stoppage, not exactly hot about what happened.

With Kenshiro.....two division unified champion and ten world champions defeated. Yet I kinda find it hard to put him in the pound for pound list. Honestly, if I was in his team, I would implore him to retire. He has taken a lot of beatings in his career. He took a pounding for the majority of this fight. By the time he reaches his 40's, he will be a drooling buffoon.

Kenshiro bloodied his lip, and the paid off ref jumped at the chance to gift him a victory.

Kenshiro Teraji is the specialist for to be dominated in a fight and make the stoppage at the end with his second wind.

We need absolutely a rematch !
