He's still got some ground to cover to catch the likes of Carbajal and Chang, but he's great fun to watch.

I know Teraji is really good but is it bad that he just looks so annoying to me, which is why I don’t root for him? LOL

I'll admit that he did duck. But it's hilarious that he easily kod the guy he ducked for years, got banned for booze cruising and drank immediately after his return fight. Plus, for me personally, he is body goals. He has a perfect body, and he still looks young at 31 despite drinking, plus is improving.

Definitely. I have him at #4 or 5 right now. But he has a goal to become undisputed, which I believe he will accomplish if he gets the opportunities.

I regret to inform you that he probably won't get KTFO'd anytime soon. Man has been a badass beating the **** out of people since he was 10 years old. He has the skills and the credentials to be as cocky as he is...though I admit it can be off-putting.

Whose face annoys you more, Kosei or Kenshiro?

I couldn't express my post fight thoughts because was in a bit of hurry, so will quickly say it. Wasn't fan of the stoppage, especially as Olascuaga appeared to have gotten a second wind and Kenshiro appearing to fade as the fight wore on....Obviously for his sixth pro fight and being on short notice, it was an extreme example of bravado and skills (he did manage counter and catch shots during the duration of the fight). Olascuaga has talent and hopefully he gets another big opportunity.

As for Teraji...He made it too hard on himself at times. He was being overtly-aggressive, which allowed Olascuaga to time him with shots and buckle multiple times during the fight. He is the opposite of what happened to Joshua - he became more active and aggressive since the Yabuki loss. Almost a Jack Dempsey like mentality of getting to your opponent before he gets to you. Now for the likes of Kyoguchi and Olascuaga he afford such defense lapses in order to assert his strength on them, but guys like Gonzalez and even the likes of Matellon - spoiler and counter puncher type fighters could make him pay.

Speaking of Gonzalez. I don't what's gonna happen with that fight. All the sanctioning bodies allowed the unification fight to happen, only if Kenshiro were to face Hekkie Budler in the Summer. Seems like the fight won't happen as Gonzalez has his only mandatory face, plus the WBA mandatory, Matellon wants fight for the belts. Real shame for that. Although Teraji-Gonzalez wasn't gonna be as exciting as this one today due to Gonzalez's mover style. Maybe they can make the fight for NYE, or Teraji to face someone like the winner of Nontshinga-Suganob. Either one is fine with me. :chuck:
