Olascuaga is starting to beat the fight out of him and is taking over. He gets Magramo against the ropes, rocks him badly, he's following up, Maramo on teh verge of going down, the ref leaps in and stops it at the bell. A bit too early.

 

Yeah, it was pretty bad, but I'm not sure the ref realized the round was that close to being over and from his perspective, I could understand him thinking if had lets it continue, Magramo might've been brutally KO'd.

 

Agree, but... while you didn't give him the preceding two rounds and I did (I saw that coming), it was pretty obvious that Anthony was taking over, so I doubt Magramo would've seen the final bell anyway. Sure Magramo is tough as nails, but Olascuaga was relentless and Magramo was falling apart.
