How did Margarito jump to number 2 in the WBC rankings before he had even fought for their shitty International title?
Similarly how does Cintron deserve a shot at the title ahead of Rhodes?

Cintron mentally would never be able to beat Margarito... He has the tools to beat him easily, but menatlly this guys breaks down at times in fights not just against Margarito. Could he beat him? yes, but most likely he beats himself first in the ring and that's when he breaks down and loses fights. He thinks too much.
