    Bailey lifts Cintron then Cintron dives out of the ring.

    A no decision would be the perfect result.

    I dont think Quali meant to go out of the ring, Cintron did. Quali just wanted to get as close to Randall as possible to avoid his power and he was make mistakes because he was desperate. Cintron was just looking for an out imo.
