Margarito basically pushed him over with that right hand; it was not a forceful blow. That could have been a strong jab. Garcia's own fault for over-committing in his attack and being in a bad position, so technically it's a legit 10-8, but pretty obviously a flash KD and not a case of Marg hurting him with a punch.

In reality, after that he ran from Garcia the rest of the night to win on points in a very un-Margarito-like performance.

 

People give Cintron a lot of crap, but look at who he's faced: Margo (likely plaster gloved) twice, Paul Williams, Canelo, Angulo, even Carlos Molina.

In a day and age where fighters catch so much hell for not fighting good competition, you would think Cintron would get a little more respect.

I wasn't inferring you specifically, just the ESB boards in general. People seem to by overwhelmingly negative about Cintron. I've always respected the guy.

 

Kermit should be able to box this man land his power shots and win a easy decision.
