I think Kermit has potential, but if he wants to further himself to being a standout champion he will need to show dominating displays against the likes of Jessie Feliciano... JF is tough, but you need to box and outclass cats like him and not get involved..

If things dont go Cintron way he gets discouraged. The kid is a fantastic talent and a great addition to 47 but i dont think he has the neccersary ingredients to compete with the elite guys at 47.This being said his the hardest puncher at the weight and this will always be his equaliser.

Yeah I don't see Kemit as the favorite against Floyd or Williams. I think he has a great chance and would favor him to beat Margarito.

He lacks determination and doesn't like getting hit at all...I wouln't favor him over anyone elite at 147 right now.

Cintron hurt his hand in the first round of that fight. Not only did he continue to try and throw hard shots - but he landed them.

You try punching somebody with a bad hand and let's see how far you get.

Give the man some credit. We praised him for the nice KO he got earlier this year - but bash him because of his last fight. Let's just wait until he comes back before we start making quick judgements. Remember - unlike others - he did sign up to fight Paul Williams - before hurting himself.

Even though I'm not big on excuses, I agree. You could tell something wasn't quite right from the 1st round on with Kermit but he gutted it out and TKO'd a fighter that was giving him hell while his hand was hurt.
