Your right Frank was in great shape for the Lewis fight, although he lost he was a head on points, ot jabbing Lennox and causing a lot of problems but you have inadvertantly complimented Keith Morton as that was the fight he was brought in to work with Frank! with speed, flexibility and strength being the key issues
