The same Bute that wasn't in the super six. The only reason Carl's going over, is because he's contractually obligated to.

Why the **** would Ward be interested in rematching Carl overseas?

    NEWSFLASH!

Andre beat him EASILY, less than a year ago!

LMAO at all the butthurt Ward-stans in defense mode because he has no passport.

    The US Sven Ottke.

And now he fights Kelly 'Budweiser' Pavlik. What a joke.

A vicious KO doesn't prove as much as being thoroughly outclassed, unless they're combined.

Anybody can make a mistake and get caught. Getting outboxed is much worse.

Why would Ward sign a contract, when he's just beaten him easily?!

He's already proved he's the best. They weren't even close fights.

The circumstances surrounding Joe were COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.

Go and look what Joe was doing at Andre's age!

Joe had to travel to the U.S for big fights, and to make a name for himself. Ward's already beaten the best!

Calzaghe fighting Manfredo to gain U.S. exposure in the penultimate year of his career was a joke! Frank made him fight a nobody from The Contender, because the American's had only seen him fight a handful of times, due to his reluctance to go to the States, earlier on in his career.

The Calzaghe vs Kessler fight was fought in front of 50,000 fans, but it wasn't a big event outside of Europe.

In the same year, Oscar fought Floyd, in front of only 16,000 and it was the biggest grossing fight of all time.

The PPV money is far more important than the revenue from the gate.

Everyone is missing the point on here.

Put yourself in Ward's shoes, and try and see things from his point of view. Less than a year ago, he easily beat Carl. So why would he be bothered about fighting him again so soon after?

Only on here, does the travelling challenger who was beaten easily, get MORE credit, than the guy that outclassed him ha!

Lets just change the Super Six to a no contest, because Carl had to travel. :patsch

When the Chad Dawson fight was signed, it was bigger than a Kessler/ Froch rematch!

What was Joe doing at 28? The age that Andre is now.

    Calzaghe got dropped by Salem.

Showtime hosted the tournament, and everyone was happy with the terms.

Also, we don't even know if Joe would have entered the Super Six, had he been prime now.

Sven Ottke didn't fight anyone. Andre's beaten the best guys at 168!

Who should Ward be fighting then?

The same guy who he dominated, less than a year ago?

Too much fuss over nothing Loudon. Im just happy to have a guy as talented as Ward be a part of boxing and dont really care where he fights.
There is still decent fights for him at 168 when Chavez moves up and if Groves and Degale keep winning.
