Now why would they be hiding??? - Palle/Kessler has made Warren/Calzaghe an offer - on writing and are awaiting their answer... So the ball is on english turf atm - so why would Palle/Kessler be hiding???
other than that I agree with prideofwales (for once :D ) - this fight is worth the wait - if this gets made it will be one of the greatest fights in Europe for years!!!

There's a lot of talk in GB of the fight taking place in Cardiff again, with the same terms being offered to Kess as Palle offered to JC.

All to do with the extra fans that would come to the Millenium ??

I think an announcement either way is imminent.

The rumour is that Warren and Palle is going to be best friends now.

Palle to Warren: Let's hold the party in Copenhagen.
Warren responded: We could also hold the party in Wales?
    Palle: Yeah why not !

So. There is only so much that Warren and Calzaghe can keep conceeding. You give Palle an inch and now he's taking a mile.

Danish newspapers, basicly when Warren went out and said "We accept Palle's offer" he "forgot" to mention he had some extra demands. Palle met those demands (except the date) and informed Warren of this last Sunday, and are now waiting on Warren's reply...

As late as today Palle said he expects to hear from Warren within the next couple of days...

Well all that sounds good (if true) - just a shame there's been nothing in the English language media.

    i try and translate:
    Palle: a day or two.
"something should happen in a day or two. SOMETHING have to happen if this fight ever will be made.but u dont plan this big a event in a week, palle says.
He still awaits news from frank warren.
"we are waiting for him to deside if it should be in copenhagen or gb.
he has my offer and it should be me hearing from him if he maintans his acceptens of the fight happening in denmark. if he does we are ready to send him a contract to sign.
Palles dream is to make the fight in copenhagen in november.

(dont mind my bad english:oops: )

Going to Denmark and pushing the date back twice is also quite impressive! Especially when you are the P4P champ, the consensus number one and are proven to be the bigger draw!

P4P - since when??? - since he beat Manfredo???

As for who goes where and who is the biggest draw. If Calzaghe really is so much a bigger draw, then Warren/Calzaghe should be able to match Palle's offer with no problems... and if they do that, then they decide where and when - that's also in the agreement :good

Just for the record - Calzaghe has only once sold more tickets than Kessler did versus Andrade and that was with a 15 figths undercard!
