You obviously build your opinions on wrong information mate.

Kessler got almost 4 mill per fight in the Super six as he was the best paid (since he was considered the no. 1 at SMW). He routinely earns 3 mill $ fighting lesser fighters at home (also for example against Bouadla). That is why 3 mill obviously wasn't enough.

Bute's own promoter says that Bute usually gets less that 1 mill per fight, but recently has gotten 1.5 million the last fight.

Kessler got a lot fighting Mundine in Sydney and 5.5 mill. fighting Calzaghe.

Bute is nowhere near that level yet and should come to Copenhagen to get the biggest purse of this career.

Busted. Change the location from Montreal to Copenhagen you closet sissy. His purse for the S6 fight was less then 1 mil, his earnings on the other hand were alot more higher then that. So , if his purse for the Bute fight will be 3 mils, his earnings with be much higher the that. So, this is about who wanted the fight and who ran away from the fight.

He will , but for that to happen he needs to get an offer. That offer never came so your talk is very cheap.

Kessler had the two most important belts (WBA and WBC) and still went abroad to fight Calzaghe.

Kessler was the champion and still went to Oakland to fight the challenger Ward.

Kessler was the champion and still went to Sydney to fight the challenger Mundine.

    and so on.

    ....

But apparently Interbox has the same idea as you - so that is why Kessler is looking at fighting Stieglitz for the belt.

    ...

Bute sure has already met the top of the crop so he can... oh, wait..... I think Bute's fans should not make Bute seem more scared that his record demonstrates by supporting a stay-at-home attitude. That would mean that Bute's resume will consist of far smaller or insignificant fight that it could have.

Noone knows why it didn't come, but perhaps Interbox felt they had the upperhand because of the belt issue. If that was the case then it makes no sense to move along with discussions.

Bute needs to get realistic. So far he just has a long row of fights that never happened... and minor fights against second-tier guys at home.

Why Bute would have travel to fight in front of 1000 when he can pack the Belle center ? They say there ready to go in the US to face Pavlik and there willing to loose money for it !

You need 2 to make a fight. When one doesn't want it , he rans for the WBO. Kessler is a warrior , but he did not want Bute.

    End of it.

I'm sure they will fight. But, I think a little realism is needed from Bute's people. Perhaps because he has his first belt he thinks that suddenly he is on top of the world. I think that as soon as Bute's people get more realistic in negotiations the parties will sit down and we will get the fight.

Perhaps Bute or Kessler will meet Ward/Froch first and then we will all have to regroup depending on who wins that.

Either way, I think they will fight some time. Kessler is in the mix with the other big fighters.

Only Bute has not shown he is able to close negociations with even one of the major players! So - some realism is necessary - otherwise, we could keep seeing Bute fighting a row of unimportant defenses in Montreal or Romania.

I think that Kessler is the only fighter at 168lbs that can refuse a 3 millions offer!

The super 6 have shown us that fighting home his a big advantage , just ask Kessler he would probably have lost agains't Froch if the fight would have been in Britain.

Kessler fought Calzaghe in Wales because he wanted to unify and they packed over 40 000 , i'm curious to know how much money they got for this fight.

Kessler fought Ward in Oakland because it was in the tournement and they probably thought Ward was not a threat at this point.

Kessler fought Mundine in Australia because he knew this was a n easy fight and Mundine didn't have anything to trouble him.

"Realism" is that you don't no ****. I offer you 3 mils to come and fight me in Montreal and if you want the fight you give me 3 mils or 3 mils +(or whatever) to come and Defend my title in Copenhagen, this is negociation. How the **** did you think Kessler ended up defending his title in Australia against Anthony Mundine??? If you want the fight, you make it happen. If not , you simply ran away from it.
