    Do you think there is any chance Miranda would have not fought Abraham when he had that option given the bad blood after he was robbed first time round?

    That is, after all, what happened at the time, Miranda fought Abraham instead of Kessler.

    Where did this come from? Palle's or Mogen's web site? Abraham came AFTER Kessler walked away. I'd need a reference to this that ISN'T on the two sites listed above. I followed this closely and NEVER heard this crap till now. I don't believe it for an instant.

    The Abraham fight was literally a few days from being signed when Palle popped back into the picture. Check P2K's posts. It is documented. To some folks, apparently not Palle, a verbal agreement is to be honored.

    Kessler needs to man up and fight a live body. I dont care if he fights in Europe or not, he needs to fight someone in the top 5 at 175 or even 168.

    Dude you are sooo wrong....Kessler did turn down the fight with Lacy just as he did with Dawson...

    Not sure that I said that Clottey "broke" his hands but injuried which he did and if you had seen the fight with Chico you would have heard them talking about Clottey hands not being fully healed but him not wanting to miss a shot at fighting another high profile fight he took it anyways...

    The thing with Lacy is well documented on the web check it out...Kessler wrote some open Letter to lacy about a fight, lacy replied and his camp sent an offer to kessler at which time Kesslers camp claimed that he had a back injury and offered up Rudy Markussen as a replacement.

    People that have been around here for awhile know this and its the reason that none of them said anything about it...Its always the guys new to the site that dispute well documented stuff like this.

    I can accept Kessler ducking Chad Dawson, Dawson would box his ears off. But why duck a plug like Lacy?

    What you wrote is true, but it could have been a real injury. The Dane has a bad back after all.

    Kessler begged the WBA to make him a mandated number 1. Once that happened he backed out of an agreement that he had with Miranda and Showtime, so he could get another fight with Mundine...Kessler really dont have a legitimate reason for backing out of the fight with Miranda, he could have still forced a fight with Mundine after the fight with Miranda...Only thing that it proved was ONE you cant truth and or believe with is coming from Kessler and his camp, and TWO that he was scared for whatever reason to fight Miranda who he would have likely beat pretty easy.

    Thing is they didnt say well he is hurt, but we would be open to fighting him later...And this was pre calzaghe beatdown that Lacy was one of the hottest fighters going at that time.

    You make your own conclusions... Do you really believe that Kessler was or is scared of Miranda? Kessler fights anyone Palle gets in the ring with him.
    You can maybe argue that Palle was "scared" of matching Kessler with a banger like Miranda in his comeback fight after the Calzaghe loss.

    The fact that you think that Kessler offering a title fight to Miranda proves that Kessler was scared to fight Miranda sums up your argument perfectly. Completely lacking any rationality at all.

    What you are saying is:
    Kessler and is camp is lying and scared to fight real fighters like Miranda.
    Kessler and his camp are the worst in boxing.
    Did i get it right?

    Here's a link to a thread about Morgens Palle rejecting a proposed fight between Dawson and Kessler;

    http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=104028

    Here's an excerpt from an article where Palle once agains discusses a Dawson-Kessler fight;

    "Mogens Palle, Kessler’s Danish promoter, was also in the house at Madison Square Garden and further commented on Kessler’s potential plans. 'His dream fight is the rematch with Calzaghe but he wants to fight anybody, the big names. If he can’t fight Calzaghe, he can fight Hopkins.' Asked about the possibility of IBF Light Heavyweight titlist Chad Dawson (27-0, 17 KO), Palle made points about Dawson needing more exposure before such a bout could be realistic."

    Here's Gary Shaw's(Dawson's promoter) thoughts on a Dawson-Kessler fight;

    "We'd like to fight Hopkins, Calzaghe, [super middleweight titleholder] Mikkel Kessler, Jermain Taylor, any of them...Whoever wants to fight at 175 pounds, Chad will fight."

    From the above information, I can only assume that A:Kessler is not behind this letter, B: Kessler is full of ****, or C: someone has been lying to him. Otherwise, I see no reason why he would say something like Dawson and his handlers aren't interested in fighting him.
