Thank you for your analysis! Am I right in thinking that you can envisage Kessler being beaten the way Lacy has?

Oh yes - that must be why he lost so many rounds in his career.......:-(

Oh no. Lacy was in front of Calzaghe all night and allowing him to counter punch. He lost every round, got his eyes swollen and cut, broke his jaw and got knocked down en route to hanging on for dear life.

Kesslers game has many more faces. His footwork alone will ensure he won't end up like Lacy.

Calzaghes speed and offensive versatility have to be telling.

Phew!:good Because some people say that Kessler is overhypes just like Lacy was and is going to suffer the same fate, or, alternatively, that Kessler is not better than the great man Lacy himself, but despite that, he is still going to get schooled, because Lacy himself was!

Kessler has also faced some taleted "slappers" doing the years:hi:
Both Bika and Lacy could take 1.000 slaps or so - so why shouldn't Kessler be able to do the same:hat

This is going to be a great fight.
I haven't seen enough of both fighters to give a predecition.
I saw Kessler against Andrede, Beyer, Lucas, Mundine and Siaca and he sure has impressed me, so consistent. I only seen Calzaghe against Starie on the Tyson vs Francis undercard (that a mess) against Lacy (Fantastic), Bika (not great) and Manfredo says nothing.
What matches would you recommend me to watch to witness Calzaghes greatness?

Lacy wasn't exposed and he isn't ****. That's just what cocks say. You don't beat Pemberton, Sheika, Vanderpool, Reid etc by fluke. He just happened to get dominated. Floyd dominated Corrales and Corrales died a top P4P!

Kessler has little to no chance. Joe is a ****ing supernatural god and will smite the viking king brutally.

    Joe TKO 11.

    Brutality, art, phenom.

Kessler has Nietzche in his corner. Prepare for the death of a god slain by the Viking warrior. A mighty clash it will be, but the outcome is certain - Calzaghe will be a god dethroned.

I've translated your :eek:ld into Egyptian so that future generations will be able to understand the clash of views about this legendary fight, even after English becomes a dead language!

Yes he does, this is a very old and faded version of Calzaghe.

:D - they would then become jealous by the notion of gods walking the earth, and historians riddled by the reappearance of Vikings.

Think its the best compliment I have ever gotten, thank you, mate.
