After watching Kessler's last fight, I'd easily pick Pavlik.:yep

 

Well I am pretty sure that Kessler would give up the belt if he could eye a chance for a good fight. However since there is no great fight under he horizon then why give up your belt?

It would be a good fight, but the wrong fight for Pavlik until he makes the move to SMW permanent. Taylor was forced on him at 166 and Hopkins was simply the best he could do after Joe decided on RJJ. Abraham is already penciled in pending his outcome with Marquez.

 

Pavlik wont be allowed anywhere near Kessler. For a long ****ing while too!

He was Kessler's "Lockett" going into the fight. He became a solid boxer after taking Kessler into round 12? I follow Pavlik since he is the local. I saw nothing in that performance that would make me think Pavlik wouldn't win against Kessler.

seems to me, that kess and palle, want to get the hausler fight out of the way rather quickly.

what was it, a month ago he fought sartison, and now they plan to have his next fight quite early, compared to the 6 months he usually takes to prepare.

perhaps kessler would fight again early in 2009, and be ready to fight a name and game opponent again.

 

Yep. Not sure why people care about the titles when the mandatories are such jokes. Really takes away from the meaning of the title.
