Kessler: "Froch Is The Sort Of Fighter I've Been Knocking Over Since I Turned Pro"

Taylor has never been a better boxer than Kessler. Kessler is the formula 1 edition of an orthodox euro type of fighter. Taylor boxes in a similar way and he only relies on his athletic ability more than his technique imho. Taylor would loose badly to Mikkel.

Kessler has only lost to Calzaghe in Wales and to Ward in Oakland. The Ward loss is a wonder, but also has to do with the things Ward was allowed to do.

Kessler lost to Calzaghe because Calzaghe was a phenomenal fighter with an extreme stamina and extreme punch output.

Kessler is most likely going to box Froch and tko the cobra within 10 rounds.

 

This is a very relaistic flip side to my previous post. I think that when they say this could be a fight of the year type fight its the truth as both guys have similar skill levels and compitition levels, both have strengths that play to these others weaknesses and at the sametime have main similar abilities in other areas, such as size and power. I predict both fighters are going to get hurt in this fight. Its going to be an old school barn burner.

 

I don't think Kessler has more pop than Taylor. Taylor is (was?) a hard hitting guy.

 

I would clearly give the edge to Kessler regarding power.

 

Right on! If that happens it's lights out for Froch. It'll turn Froch into Crotch in a split sec. Hope Kessler has the composure and speed to bring it about. I reckon it comes down to who has the better footwork.
