I like both these guys, and be honest if Kessler loses to Carl, its time to hang them up. Froch is nowhere near Mikkel in terms of speed and coordination, the only way I see Mikkel losing is if he starts hooking it with Froch and Froch closes the distance to throw them nasty uppercuts.

Froch is not a one punch knockout artist, so don't expect him to stop Kessler abruptly, and so... the only way I see Froch winning is by way of injury or simply winning a decision and making Kessler fight his fight.

As much as I love Mikkel as a warrior, I have to say, Froch only needs to take a page out of Wards performance, when you stay outside Kesslers jab and use darting in and out movement, Kessler gets confused rather easy and gets tangled up in the thinking mans game, where he rarely will find success. So if Froch follows the script and jumps inside and never stops putting awkward pressure on Mikkel, he'll win this by decision or by cuts.

I think this will be the greatest fight of the super six tournament, and I think it will be a bloody affair, so all you fellow Americans, don't miss this one. I think Froch heart and desire will prevail, but I hope Kessler fights simple and finds a way to easily dominate the very slow Froch.

Either its Kessler by TKO or lopsided decision, or its Froch by decision or doctor stopping him.

Props to Carl Froch, who is a balls to the wall kind of warrior, Kessler better not underestimate his physical strength. I enjoy both these guys work and it will be hard to see either one lose, so lets all hope for a war. This fight right here will get the fans going again, for the tournament.

    Dont miss it. :smoke

I am a dane, so I would be naturally inclined to believe in Mikkel. I do however believe, that Froch is the favourite. His ruggedness, determination and reach will be very difficult for Kessler to overcome.

I am however not very likely to think, that Froch will take a leaf of Wards performance. They are two completely different fighters. I highly doubt that Froch will be able to move in and out like Ward did. Instead he will try to wear him down using his long arms and his physical strength.

As I said, I consider Froch the favourite. But it depends very much on the Kessler who shows up. After all, it is not impossible to hit Froch and Froch sometimes have problems scoring enough points for victory (which will be especially problematic fighting away).

    Gonna be an interesting fight.

I think Kessler KO or Froch by decision.

I dont think Mikkel will take a narrow decision, a lopsided perhaps if Carl can take it all night. I dont think he will be able to take it all night if Kesslers on his A-game. Kess TKO10

Alf - a fan who read more than he writes - i take notist every time...........

And you are spot on. Kessler has to make a 100 % boxing performance, if Kessler doesn't, Froch will brake him down minuet's by minuts..............

Too tight a fight to call.Kessler and Froch looked very limited in their last bouts.I can't call this fight at all.
