Oh ****!! Big fan of both Volbeat (since even before they composed and record Kessler's theme song ) & Rob Caggiano, wasn't aware that he'd joined them. That's awesome! :ldevil
Well that still doesn't change the fact that if him & Dirrell met, it would be Green all over again :bbb But i do agree with you, that his & Joe's era was weak. I wouldn't say he got dominated against Calzaghe, it was a clear win. but not dominant and let's not forget he fought with a broken right hand, give him respect for that, he has a true warrior mentality unlike your mate. He did get schooled against Ward, but then again Ward like Calzaghe is P4P material, so no shame in there. He did beat my favorite boxer in Froch, even though it was close. But that to me, showed that Kessler wasn't just some belt-holder in a weak era, let's not forget he beat Andrade in a shot out, while Bute was lucky enough to avoid a KO defeat. At this moment, Ward is the main man, then comes Froch & then Kessler. I however think Froch is gonna avenge that defeat and if it happens, then like with the two previous defeats there is no shame, because Froch should be P4P top 10, after he annihilated Bute (Which many experts had up in top 10) Kessler to me is an A-level fighter, who only lost to A+ fighters. :deal
Well he shouldn't have took so damned long to step up. He didn't fight Cal until what, his 39th fight? atsch
to be fair,if he had beaten calzaghe he would of dominated and had a highlighted career. he was never the same man after that first loss. calzaghe was just too good. shame for him.
Well at least Kessler has a chance at redemption, I think the Froch-Kessler II winner should get Ward
