Maybe, but he got older. Besides i don't think speed will be a problem for him, he is faster than Froch, even though i actually think Froch's combination's are faster than before, alot of people here thought Bute was way to fast for him, but he actually caught Bute. But what do you see, that he is working on? According to Johnny Nelson, he will be looking for pressuring Froch backwards, because that his weakness and go to the body a lot more. I expect a better Kessler, but also a way better Froch.
He's never been the quickest, but yeah, he does seem a bit slow there. Doesn't look that impressive, but it's only padwork. Doesn't mean much.
I think Kessler has improved his bodywork, setting up a powerbodyjab after a Left jab to the head. Now most expect a 1-2 jab to the head from Kessler, so this new 1 Head 1 Body Jab will be problems for Froch.
After watching the full video, it is also quite clear, that they are ready to fight Froch on the inside, i noticed sometimes Kessler was firing his shots up close, which was a big weakness for him before. It is a shame he got Montoya after the Ward defeat, if he switched trainer after the Calzaghe fight, then he would be much more dangerous. He is also trying to implement a bit of movement in Kessler's game, but that's abit to late for that.
I hope its a trick.... Show weakness and then come with 110 % in the ring.. Surprice every1 including Froch!:rasta
