Kessler is a 10/1 favourite against Green!

For me kessler has clearly declined as a fighter but will still have far too much for green so the odds aren't too surprising. Dirrel to bet ward and go on to win the whole thing imo

 

Trust me I remember all that crap. It was Kesslers promotor who wanted him to fight for the title instead of Miranda, he made the shots thats why Kessler took a 1 year layoff to end his contract with that corrupt old man Mogens Palle. Come on man, you should know better, of all the people he fought he would be scared of stinky Miranda?

 

50/50? Pfft, come on. Green has almost no chance at all.

Fact is, Miranda had a tough style for Kessler. Kessler isn't an inside fighter, and likes to play his game at range. Miranda has a huge reach advantage and Kessler would find himself all night at the end of his punches unless he got desperate when he did against Froch and got mutanized in return. The problem with doing that against Miranda though is that Miranda can put your lights out with one punch.

He took the safe way out.

He did this tournament just to save face and in my eyes hasn't won a single fight. It's funny how this board overrates the hell out of him because he is their favorite fighter, yet they don't seem to understand the actual skills involved in boxing.

Abraham had an even larger reach disadvantage and he likes to fight at a distance and he KTFO'd Miranda. Andrade, Lucas, Froch and Siaca all had reach advantages over Kessler and he still beat them easily.
