Those names show what many know...the supermiddleweight division has been poor for a good decade.

a bit different to this list:

    McLellan
    Jones Jr
    Toney
    Mcullum
    Eubank
    Benn
    Collins
    Nunn
    Reggie Johnson

    Remember that was one ERA.

By Bute's own admission he isn't ready for Kessler. Guess that scrubs that theory.

The fact that you think this is the weakest division in boxing is worrying in itself.

I lost respect for Kessler when him and his team backed out of a verbal agreement to fight a very dangerous puncher in Miranda, it just shows that he's not mentally all there to take on such a challenge, a beast he is not.

    Kessler = Wlad

He appears to be a bit of a goof ... not at all a killer and he'd have been beat down years ago in the US gyms (maybe it would have helped him ... maybe it would have just exposed his real limitations and ruined his confidence completely).

How the **** is 168 weaker than 154, 140 or 200? Seriously some people here are so full of **** it's unreal.

That's because you joined in April 2008.

The Kessler nuthugging was at peak levels here leading up to the JC fight.

    It was pandemonium. :yep

I wouldn't say that. For some reason, although I like Kessler's ability to shoot one-two's, he looks very stiff. Maybe it's because he has a very technical, European style, maybe not, but I question his ability to throw decent hooks.

His straight punches are terrific, but his hooks and bodywork, I think those are areas of weakness.

Andrade: best chin at 168 by a wide margin; top three in the pros.

Yeah, but actually he hit Andrade with some very good left hooks. He can throw them, but should do so more often!
