    Yeah i saw that too.
I saw an interview with both, and kessler talked about how you can win a fight a month before it happens, just by staring into the opponents eyes.
If you look at all of kesslers pre fight staredowns. Eg Beyer

Man, all the quotes from the article is from Kesslers' agent. So maybe this thread should be labeled Kesslers' agent is full of crap?

TBH, both guys seem like very decent guys. I'm not sure who to root for but I think Calzaghe will take it UD12.

I think kessler will win and quote me on this people i 110% think the mouth mundine will beat kessler if they were to fight again..

The super middles aint as good as we think its just that boxing aint as good as it has been for a while..

I strongly disagree, i think boxing is the best it's been in years, every month there's a great historical fight it seems. What can you possibly take away from these guys? Bika is better than people think he is and Calzaghe had one of his famous off nights where he fought stupidly, showboated, after not being able to spar for weeks and he still came out on top. Against Lacy he showed every trick in the book, that was one of the most dominant displays of boxing anyone has ever seen. He has fought top guys, he hasn't always been consistent but he still has that Zero on his record so i think it's abit tough to call him overrated.

Kessler is easily the second best super middle and he is a hell of a boxer, not many flaws to his game, alot of strengths and some solid opposition, once again he has a Zero to his name. Mundine would be a chance in a rematch with his full vision, i'd give him a 20% chance but you also have to remember that Kessler was injured coming into the first fight.

Both guys are big, undefeated with stellar amateur careers, these guys don't lose and they are fighting each other, what is there not to love about this fight?

I am interested to see which way Muttley goes on this. He is invariably wrong.

I am strongly favouring Kessler by a convincing decision. I will stake my enormous stock of credibility on this. I rarely get it wrong with boxing events.

I agree with old dude above who said Calzaghe has been hyped by the yanks after he steamrolled Lacy (who is garbage). Calzaghe has not done a lot since or before.

Calzaghe remains undefeated for over 10yrs beating a wide range of fighters..........some good and some not so good. He hasn't always been impressive but has suffered hand injuries along the way. The point is he always rises to the occasion and i see no reason why he won't 2morow.

Kessler is a good fighter but has some flaws, i thought he was a bit shaky in the last few rds with Andrade too be honest. Calzaghe will test him out come rds 8-12.

I'v had all my V Cash on Calzaghe - plus a few real dollars on betfair.

I equate Calzaghes record as a far superior though similar record to Danny Greens early record, in this respect.
Green looked awesome on paper for two or three years with 19 fights 19 Wins 19 KOs. But an examination of the details shows it is not impressive at all. Similarly, Calzaghe has not been defeated, and therefore it is tempting to look with awe at his record. But a close examination shows that a guy can potentially go on forever fighting boxers regarded below them and compile such a record. Ottke did the same. Its deception.
You could accuse Floyd of the same in that he only ever fights guys regarded below him, but that is because he is the best and everyone is below him. He still fights guys that are there or there abouts.
I think this is the first time Joe has steped into the ring with a real world class champion and my feeling is that he will be soundly defeated.
