Thanks. Has anyone seen the weigh in? Both guys can't wait to get into it, they were both a bit more serious this time. Standing head to head i was surprised at how big Calzaghe is, in most places he is listed as 5'11 but he looks taller than the supposedly 6'1 Kessler. I'm not liking Joes attitude at the moment, he seems abit cocky and i just saw a preview show for this fight where they asked Kessler what his advantage is and he said "i'm more focused", i think he's spot on, i just hope Calzaghe doesn't come out showboating and trying to prove he's as tough as Kessler, he needs to stay focused and stick to his gameplan, Kessler is the wrong guy to try and prove how tough you are against. Not saying that Kessler is tougher but he is a great boxer and will make Calzaghe pay for his mistakes.

 

Have another look at the weigh in photos Calzaghe is wearing shoes and Kessler is not......i think there's an inch or 2 in the shoes.

Yeah I like both guys too. Rooting for Kessler though, since he is danish.
I hope he wins a point decision. Dont like to see any of them knocked out. But it is impossible to say what is going to happen. I just think it is impossible.
REally I just hope for a great fight and that the best man wins. Hopefully it is MIkkel.

 

This fight is huge. I think going the Greenwood in Perth is a definite option so I can see this fight (or sit glued to a round by round)

Calzage will be as big as, if not bigger than, Kessler come fight night - he fills out well.

I was going to say, JC does look like he has a height advantage over Kessler in that photo, but if he was wearing shoes and Kessler wasn't, then he obviously doesn't

I will stake my ESB future on this fight. Kessler will win a convincing decision or late TKO/KO. If not, I am out of here never to post again (though I will allow myself a final fairwell post). None of the rest of you will have the ball sack to do the same.
