IF this is true, it is only a ranking system. Sturm first because they wouldn't even talk to Team Pavlik in the past. It just makes Pavlik/Abraham a bigger fight. Personally, I wouldn't be surprised if this were a diversion from Sturm to take heat off of him ducking Abraham. I'd be surprised to see this come to fruition, they he may be deluded by the Bhop fight, but we shall see....

 

Other than what Pavlik has said? Prove a negative? Typical of your logic. I'm not looking up the quotes where Pavlik says he wants AA and to unify. :bart They exist, pay attention next time. :yep

 

I'm not asking you to prove a negative, but the exact opposite: to prove a positive, ie. back up for the statement 'Pavlik shows signs of wanting to fight Abraham'.

For example, let me back up the statement 'Abraham shows signs of wanting to fight Pavlik'. Well one of the stumbling blocks was seen as Abraham's lack of exposure in the US, so he went over to the US to fight a known fighter. His promoter has been vocal about wanting to make a match with Pavlik, stressing that they are willing to take the fight on Pavlik's home ground.

Now, all you have to do is provide a similar precis for Pavlik. Nothing that he has done or said recently has given me a similar sense of desire to make the fight.

 

Well, last post on this. Pavlik has made the statements. Search on this site never works and I'm not wasting my time for people that aren't paying attention. Last public one I know I think was after Lockett. Pavlik doesn't run his mouth though. But let Dan Raphael make one unsubstantiated comment, probably started by AA's people being jealous of the Sturm negotiations, and it is true? :rofl

Kessler should stop whining and take the Dawson fight.

Then he can go back to Denmark with another L and say he fought the best

 

Dawson is a bigger name than Kessler, and moneys not a problem so I agree. :good

Actually Kessler ain`t whining, the people who dont know him are whining!! Both Kessler`s team AND Dawson`s team turned down that fight, cuz one side wants it at 168 and the others at 175! so simple..

 

I seen this posted before. Not true at all. Dawson could drop some weight no problem

 

Isn't Taylor gonna have to fight him if he continues @ 168.
Kessler should take the Dawson fight even if it's @ 175 IMO

Apparantly you weren't paying attention either if the 'last public one' you can remember was after the Lockett fight.

Or maybe we both were paying attention, and there are no more recent ones.
