I'd say both are ready as can be. This is the fight of their lives and if both weren't up for it, something would be seriously wrong...

What a fight! Just like Taylor - Pavlik; opinions are sharply divided.

Joe sounds more convincing and confident in interviews, but Kessler looks the biz in training photos. Joe wins unless he's depreciated markedly since the Lacy fight.

Believe it or now, I think that Joe was past his prime against Lacy and looked seriously ragged against Bika. I hope he's got enough left to outpoint Kessler; I've got money on it :)

Perhaps. It's a 50/50 pick 'em fight. Since the Lacy fight, Joe seems to have the confidence to take on the toughest challenges out there. But is Kessler too much for him at this stage of his career? Maybe.

In my opinion, Joe looked past his prime against Bika and as you rightly say, Kessler is no Bika. It is such a difficult fight to predict, and I have a feeling that the fight will remain unpredictable right till the very end when either Kessler or Calzaghe will be undisputed Supermiddleweight champion of the world. The question is - who will it be?

I think that Joe has enough left to scrape this - just.

both are used to quite cold climates.

good job as i just looked it up and the average daytime temprature for wales in november is 6 degrees.

no stats for nightime but i would guess zero would be average ?

i know there is a roof but there is a good chance it still will be very cold, i remember being at the bruno v lewis fight and it was bitter although outdoors.

Well I'm in for Kessler (surprise) but if Calzaghe can beat him I'll cheer him for sure.
It's a win win situation for me just to find out who is the best SMW in the world. And I hope we all can celebrate the new undisputed champ, I don't like any of them to loose, they are great guy's. But for the future I go for Kessler, and of course I'm Danish!
