    Danish newspapers speculate that Kessler might pull out of the supersix due to a career threatening injury. Rumours surrounding the Kessler camp suggest that Kessler's eyesight might be damaged due to injuries sustained during Kesslers fight with Ward.

    Another rumour suggests that Kessler is firing his long time friend and manager Simon Lundt Hansen.

    that is bad news for the Super 6.
    wasn't happy with Kessler's win over Froch as I spent a lot of time in Nottingham watching Froch progressing as a fighter but the guy is a quality boxer and it is a shame for the Super 6 idea.

    Shitty news.

    I knew those cuts he suffered against Ward were bad, but I wouldn't have thought they were career threatening. But if I remember correctly, there were 2/3 gashes on each eye. And his gruelling fight with Froch straight after wouldn't have helped.

    Don't get your hopes up. They are having a press conference in fifteen minutes and they have not been dismissive of the rumours about Kessler being injured.

    Yep, but I think that I misunderstood Sanrafael. I thought he was hoping that the rumours were false and that the supersix would progress as planned. Looks like he's happy that Kessler has a potentially career threatening injury.
