    Kessler vs Kovalev
    Kessler vs Stevenson
    Kessler vs Bute/Pascal

These are great fights that could easily be made, there's no point in staying at super middle with Ward back and coming off losing to Froch.

There is no one with the punch resistance to really test Stevenson or Kovalev at the moment, lets face it BH won't fight either and there not going to face each other anytime soon.

Kessler would give them both their toughest test to date and also have a high chance of the upset.

He is a father now. Ergo he will not be continuing in any weight division, going by his own words.

Then again, Hopkins made and broke a deathbed promise to his mother...:conf

But I think Mikkel is less of an ******* than Bernard, to which even Bernard himself would surely agree.

I hope he does return, even if he takes a couple of years out he will still only be 37. He doesn't seem faded physically or mentally despite his tough fights, but if his hearts no longer in it or he just wants to move on and settle down he can leave with an already great career IMO.

I just believe he's got a good few years left and could be a force at 175 even at this stage of his career.

Didn't he try to move up to 175 when he fought Allan Green and when he weighed in for that fight he only weighed 169? Think he's better suited to 168, especially when the paydays are much better with potential fights like Steiglitz and Abraham as opposed to monsters like Kovalev or Stevenson.

Cloud/Dawson/Pascal lose to him. Kovlev or Stevenson wax him. Not sure on 48 year old Hopkins.

    Kessler's way past it.

He's not a lhw. He wasn't even 170 for green. He's shopworn and well past a very good prime. He should hang me up but you know another tune up and big money for Froch III will be too much to pass up

He should target Sakio Bika or Abraham at 168

AA does not have a belt, but Bika would be interesting.

Kessler should retire. He's one of the most successful SMW's
in it's 30 year history and he earned alot of respect and money.
Nothing left to prove. Just chill and relax with his millions in the
beautiful and low tax country of monaco.

beside Froch and Ward be would still beat all @ 168

I think he should make 2 or 3 fights vs guys like Abraham, Oosthuizen, DeGale Stieglitz or Bika in demark and retire
