Since it's sparring kessler cannot go all out with murat, but kessler was having his way until he let(and i do mean let) murat in his pocket. you'd have to be a fighter to understand.

I was thinking the same thing: excellent footwork. And, damn, what a jab.

Sure mate..he "let" Murat hit him all those times.

He "let" Murat block all those shots when he was letting his hands go.

There was really no need to make this out to be anymore then it was..Just a round of sparring where both guys had their moments. But you had to make out that King Kessler is so superior that he "toyed" with him and controlled everything about the session in there when the overwhelming video evidence is to the contrary.

You must be an armenian living in OZ. The rest of the posters on here saw what I saw. Kessler in complete control. And, no.........murat was not blocking all of kessler's shots unless you call blocking with your head. Sure Karo was catching kess's hooks with his gaurd, but eating his jabs and straights. Don't get me wrong, murat held his own, but mostly when kessler changed footing. If you're scoring that session round, every objective fan would give it to kessler.
BTW, i'm sorry I said kess was toying with Karo mr darchinyan:hey

After seeing that sparring video, it's reminded me just how good Kessler's jab is!

Carl Froch better get his defence sorted out otherwise Kessler is literally going to jab his head off when they fight :bbb

I don't know what video you guys were watching but there was clearly no toying and no holding back. Murat did pretty well but Kessler was obviously more dominant.

Superb boxer but why can't Kessler feint or rip to the body?

seeing this session, reminds of how much i would enjoy, if kessler finished his trademark 1-2, with a hard left hook to the body. The way he rotates with his hips and the way his stance is, after the 1-2 often puts him in a position, to throw a mean left hook.

it would also keep his opponents guessing about, where he might punch next. In this session, murat was very open to body shots.

Kessler is one of my favourite fighters, but to me he has never looked comfortable with the hook. His jab is a work of art and his straight right is brutal but I never really seen him use his hook as much more than a distraction.

Kessler actually hooks quite often. I think Kessler fans are happy to have the idea that Kessler never jabs out there because perhaps his opponents will think the same and therefore not be prepared for how he really fighhts.

He does hook if it is needed. Hell, I even think he stopped the guy in his debut as pro on a left hook. Kessler has a FAR more multifaceted game than some believe.

The only thing about that is that Froch does have a longer reach. Whether he can use it or not is another matter...
