I don't find the article but from my memory he said he had tough fight for 2 years in the SuperSix so he might not fight Bute right away.
And his promoter said:

There are plenty of opportunities to fight the Butes of the world after Oct. 29. ... Bute’s one of those [possible opponents after the Super Six]. There’s Kessler and the Stieglitz fight. Balszay was the WBO champion who beat the russian super hype job Denis Inkin(retired after) who previously to that fight has robbed the raw brawler Fulgencio Zuniga from a UD win.
Thomas Oosthuizen is clearly more skilled than him.

And the irony , I didn't even knew but ... he lost a SD to Eduard Gutknech.
