It's cool they're showing it, but lame that they won't take the cue from HBO and air the European bout twice (once live earlier in the day for US audiences, and then again on delay when packaged together with a live American card).

Ok. Everybody has there opinion. Some people think Bute is 1# some say 2-3. Some say top 5 if he is lucky. Some say top 100. None of these are facts.

Yeah I heard on Delay but I hope something changes. Did they show the Boulda fight live? I remember watching it on Showtime at night.

Hey Bat, if Bute beats Johnson & Kessler beats Stieglitz, and if Ward beats Froch, say Bute vs Kessler happens in the Spring/Summer while Ward cherry picks an easy defence. If Bute beats Kessler, what does your top 4 look like pre- Ward vs Bute?

    Kessler- 5
    Froch- 5
    Andrade (Kess/Bute)- 4.5 / 3.5
    Pascal- 4
    Johnson- 4
    Dirrell- 4
    AA- 3.5
    Bika- 3
    Sartison- 2.5
    Haussler- 2

    1. Ward- Kessler, Froch, AA, Bika = 16.5
2A. Bute- Kessler, Johnson, Andrade II, Bika = 15.5
2B. Froch- Dirrell, Johnson, AA, Pascal = 15.5
    4. Kessler- Froch, Undefeated and younger Andrade, Sartison, Haussler = 14

    I'm just kidding. :D

One thing about this fight I like best is that the winner, whoever he may be(Kessler), won't be a ***** and run scared from BOOTAYE, like the S6's likely winner(Ward) will surely do.

Showtime is building Bute vs Kessler?
Let's see what Kessler has to say about that next.

    OMG ...really
    I mean REALLY.
Oh men ...do you ever saw Balszay fight. He's ... I don't wanna say bum, but he's on Eduard Gutknecht level at best.
Haha ..this is precious. I mean I honestly give a great fair to Brinkley and Mendy to beat this guy.

He also said , not right away.
I don't find the article but from my memory he said he had tough fight for 2 years in the SuperSix so he might not fight Bute right away.
    And his promoter said:
"We’re not [obligated to fight Bute], but we came into this tournament with pre-arranged fights against the other five guys. There are plenty of opportunities to fight the Butes of the world after Oct. 29. ... Bute’s one of those [possible opponents after the Super Six]. There’s Kessler and the Stieglitz fight. There’s Hopkins. Who knows who will be in the landscape over the next eight months? We’ll have to see."

Balszay was the WBO champion who beat the russian super hype job Denis Inkin(retired after) who previously to that fight has robbed the raw brawler Fulgencio Zuniga from a UD win.
Thomas Oosthuizen is clearly more skilled than him.

And the irony , I didn't even knew but ... he lost a SD to Eduard Gutknech. :)

    Nope.

Showtime has no idea whether Kessler-Bute will happen.

The fight they are building is S6 winner vs Kessler, because that fight WILL happen since Kessler was promised this and is WBC emeritus.
