Kessler/Taylor possiblen now?

That makes 2 of us. I wouldn't know who to root for.

 

Kessler is going to take an easy opponent. He wont fight Taylor.

 

I'd love to see it too. Would tip Kessler to win

 

This is the fight Kessler wants.
It's up to Taylor and his people to sign the deal.
There is an offer on the table and has been for some time.
If JT is willing they would have to agree to something within the next 10 days or so to make the June date possible.
If it doesn't go through for whatever reason, look for Kessler-Taylor to finally happen in October.

 

Just like any good fan of boxing, I really want this fight to happen. I think it would a great fight. I don't know if it will be the next fight for either guy though, I read somewhere that DiBella is trying to set up Brian Vera to fight JT. If thats the case, easy KO for JT, but at least Brian Vera gets a nice payday, even though I don't really like him...he still owned a highly touted Andy Lee and deserves something for that win.

 

I was just thinking the other night that Vera would be a good comeback opponant for JT or a good warm up foe for Lacy. He sorta deserves a bigger fight after bashing Lee.

Kessler vs Taylor would a good fight. Kessler should probably start favourite but Taylor is a classy fighter, I wouldnt rule him out.

 

Taylor is going to fight Brian Vera. :-(

 

Kessler would rip Taylor a new one.

 

I would love to see this fight, hope it will be on regular HBO.

 

JT deserves a tune up more than anyone. He just needs to relax and stop fighting the best for a fight or two.
