Kessler turns down Dawson fight...

Kessler should take this fight. The money might be bigger in other fights, but if he wants recognition and build resume so he can fight someone like Hopkins next, he needs a fight like this.

Fighting someone like Froch/Pascal/Inkin wouldn't do anything for US recognition.

 

It could be that Palle/Kessler just want HBO to put more money on the table

Kessler v Taylor is the fight I want to see at SMW.

 

i think it would be great if kessler went after the winner of froch-pascal or lacy-taylor...So i DO think some BIG fights can be made!! with a lot of money involved.

 

At least he was honest that it's far too risky for the amount it will offer, he never talked bull**** about how Dawson is a nobody or any of that.

 

If Taylor beats Lacy, he is the WBC mandatory. Not sure if the WBC will let him put that fight off. They wanted him in the first title bout.

 

If he wants US recognition he should from now on SHUT THE **** UP, he's got two chances and blew them.

He would've annihilated Miranda, I'm not sure about Dawson.. Chad is a different type of animal:deal

 

hey man dawson did beat adamek who did beat supernova at cruiser so him being a cruiser is not out of the question. That being said, kessler does not want none of bad chad. calzaghe hurt kessler with his right hook. Chad's is at least 100x times more fast and more powerful. Chad will KO kessler with his right hook mark my words.

Except that Taylor is a bigger money fight than Kessler, and unlike Kessler, Taylor will be Froch's mandatory.

 

When did he have a chance to fight Dawson? This is a completely hypothetical fight. No-one knows whether Dawson is remotely interested, even if he is he may be contractually obliged to fight Tarver again.

 

Dawson said he is more than willing to fight Kessler. HBO is also interested in the fight. However, Kessler and his people have no interest in fighting Dawson.

 

I made this point earlier. Palle wouldn't even consider finding out. Weight would be negotiable.
