Kessler will meet ANYONE. ANYONE who can make 168.

IF Dawson can make 168, then fine. Let this no. 3 at LHW. get in line and we will surely have the fight. If Haye can make 168, then fine - we will have that fight too.

However, the smart thing is ofcourse to let both clean out their divisions before meeting in a superfight. A fight now will not be 5% as big as the fight could be. So only morons would call for the fight this prematurely.

kessler's team just doesnt want him to fight dawson who poses a not too good risk/reward ratio for him, he wants to go for established guys that he has a high chance of beating and or just keep fighting in europe where i guess he earns decent money.

 

Like RJJ turned Hopkins' dream of bcoming undisputed champ into a nightmare? Or did Hopkins still do well after that set back - you tell me.

Do you think Hopkins made a huge error in staying at MW for so long trying to becoming undisputed? And only going up once he was.

Do you think Calzaghe made a huge error in staying at SMW for so long trying to becoming undisputed? And only going up once he was.

Kessler needs to man up and un**** his management.

 

I will tell you what the deal is:

Kessler wants to become a real champ. He wants to try to dominate and become undisputed in a division - just like so many have done before him.

Once he is undisputed, he will move up to test himself.

That, however, is not what some American fans want. They have no use for Kessler as a champ like Hopkins etc. Kessler's use is as someone like Johnson. Someone with a name that can jump up and down whereever they need it to make American fighters look as good as possible. Since many consider Kessler really good, the best thing would be if we could feed him to Dawson or Adamek og someone else. Just to get him out of the way asap. Ward and Direll are coming up and fights with Taylor can be huge. Kessler is in the way. IF he doesn't want to be 'disposed' of. Well then US media may try to pretend he doesn;t exist., rather that have him face American fighters in the same division.

Kessler is not content with being such a disposable fighter. Kessler will meet ANYONE at 168, and it is up to HBO/Showtime to show a little less bias and be fair for once.

He is all about money so this is split into two possibilities. The WBC strap does have earning potential so he may stay that course. He pissed them off by not fighting for it now and insisting he would fight Lacy first. Does he risk doing that again UNLESS, and this is number two, there is BIG money in a fight with Kessler. I don't think there is at this moment, but I could be wrong. So the question is strap number one or strap number two?

 

They have both gotten gifts. Taylor however has been a p4p fighter and has met several p4p fighters. Dawson hasn't.
