Pavlik seem to be as fast as zab judah vs Lockett bika have more fast hand than Andrade you know where I want to go?
To the toilet and stick your head in it? We're talking handspeed not overall speed. Andrade/Bika are similar level opponents (Andrade slightly better) which is all we need for a handspeed comparison. We aren't checking it against his opponents speed, you shouldn't even be looking at his opponent. We can see the handspeed is roughly the same, no noticeable difference.
Did he? No, it just looked like far more of them were hitting his head than a good opponent. If anything, it should be harder for Kessler to display his handspeed against a pressure fighter not giving him space to work. Bika is standing off Bute initially. There is NO difference at all between the handspeed, I honestly don't know what you are looking at.
i'm looking at the handspeed of Bute who is superior than the hands of Kessler! (oh and I do think Bute hits harder too)
I would say handspeed and power is roughly the same... Kesslers Jab is both faster and more powerfull though. In terms of acurracy Kessler is a level above Bute!
Nah, the power is very equal too. Bute is a fighter with potential, but he doesn't make use of his attributes. He's not being told to do the right things. I don't know why they are trying to make him fight straight up, when he keeps low hands, the defence is not good at all. He doesn't use the jab correctly for the style either. I like his lateral movement at times and the chin is very good, and nice variety of work. He should be aggressive. If he fought a more aggressive fight against Kessler he has a chance, we've seen Kessler struggle with an aggressive southpaw that shows angles already. But when I match them up now, its bad for Bute. The jab isn't going to get anywhere near Kessler's, its not as hard, its not as consistently used and he doesn't extend the arm which is just basic. He jumps back with his hands down, and he is very open for the straight right of an right handed fighter, Kessler's best punch Bute needs a new trainer.
I really think so. Who the heck is his trainer? I don't know why you would make somebody fight an almost European style with low hands. It's completely ridiculous I want Bute to come forward, use that lateral movement that he doesn't display enough, and break guys down with his variety of punches. It's like they are scared he'll get hit. He gets hit anyway with low hands!
if It ain't broke, don,t fix it Bute drop like 0 rounds after the 3 or 4 first rounds.. Larouche is an excellent trainer! Molitor don,t want him to be his trainer for nothin!
Maybe I'm being harsh but...with this guy I see him fighting a weird kinda way. He fights this flawed upright style. Then suddenly I'll see him do something and I'll be like..wow this kid is a serious fighter, I wish he did that more often The best things about him are his offence, chin, and some really nice movements that he waits too long to use. Also good power. And he wastes most of them fighting like this The way I'd describe him is its like he fights in a straight jacket. His trainer taught him to fight this way, but naturally he could do something else. You'll see what I mean when he fights Andrade. He should beat him easily, but he won't. He could really challenge Kessler, but he won't. Not like this.
I'm sort of relying on Bute not listening to whatever the hell his corner tells him for those 3 rounds. I see something in him at times.
Kid dropped rounds to Bika, not rounds out of his gameplan, but rounds where Bika lead and suceeded..... not a good sign. Kessler will absolutely press him behind the jab and Bute's shown openess to the right hand. I also think Bute could be stopped in accumulation against Kessler.
