Kessler v Miranda is a good indication of how Kessler would fare vs Pavlik / Taylor

I'm not a fan of the "euro standup style" because it's flawed and can be exploited.

Hmm. I think he got a boxing lesson. Yes.

    But his ass whipped. No.

8-4 in Wales with a broken hand is pretty good. But he still dissapointed me. :yep

You don't get it, do you? I never said Kessler wasn't good, I just don't see the same exceptional skills you see.

When it comes to boxing knowledge, you are just a pretender and your countless, pointless, biased posts prove it.

    Hmm.
    No. I dont get it!

Kessler is elite in terms of technical ability, style, athleticism, timing, distance, ring generalship and defence. History will show you how good he really is. And thats a fact.

Ah, I don't claim to be an expert, I just know better than some people around mate. Maybe because I actually watch fights?

And I'm not being biased at all here, it's absolute fact that Kessler is superior to anybody not named Joe Calzaghe and Chad Dawson from the 160-175 weight class.

Less flaws, more skill and more precision than the rest. How is that bias? That's evident fact if we're actually watching what's going on in the ring.

You lot with your biases towards X fighter here and X fighter there are the ones who are clearly biased and skewed.

Claiming that I don't watch fights when I disagree with you is just childish. Statements like the ones highlighted above annoy me and that's why I even reply. How can it be fact when he is yet to fight a lot of these fighters?

You watch fights but you are watching with rosey coloured glasses if you don't see fact, not opinion, but fact.

Claiming he is superior to those guys is done by comparison analysis, count up Taylor's strengths and flaws, Pavlik's strengths and flaws and then Kessler's strengths and flaws and directly compare.

If you're good at comparing these types of things, then it becomes very evident that the class of fighter is very different and in Kessler's favour.

Kessler doesn't have the type of glaring flaws that Taylor and Pavlik do, for one, he has enough defence to not get tagged up by 2nd tier fighters like BOTH of those guys do. He's got faster feet than both with more varied and schooled movement, better shot for shot handspeed, more precision in his punches and is never sqaured up against a guy. Unlike Taylor and Pavlik, he's never been stunned by a shot to the chin and has fought some good punchers.

Unlike Taylor and Pavlik, his sense of distance is excellent and makes few if any technical errors in his fighting.

And on top of it all, his workrate, accuracy and timing are VASTLY better than both of those guys and you can find that out by watching the fights and comparing opposition.

Kessler wouldn't drop 5 rounds to Cory Spinks, or drop 3-4 to Kassim Ouma, or get tagged up by someone like Zertuche. Against better level fighters than these guys, he's dominated them and has made them all look like incompetent fighters except for Mundine.

Someone like Zertuche, or Kassim Ouma against a big natural MW, shouldn't look like they are formidible opponents and we have proof that they aren't in their latest run of fights, check them out if you'd like.:good

I watch fights and enjoy them, you over analyze and most of the time you are off.

Being a Kessler fan is a lot more fun with all the JC huggers talking Kessler up to make JC look better (as if he needs it)
