Kessler vs Bute

Are we assuming Kessler takes a tune-up fight beforehand and proves 100% healthy?

I think Kessler's defensive abilities trouble Bute who won't be able to time his combinations well before the mid rounds. Kessler also backs Bute up with his right.

Close UD, 7 to 5 Bute. Can go the other way around too.

I'm a Bute fan, but I don't think he KO's Kessler unless the Dane realizes he's behind on the cards and comes forward blindly in the late rounds to trigger a war.

I'm a big fan of both! i think that Bute footwork would make him win the fight in a close UD .

Bute have not been tested by the elite yet, but Kessler isn`t the same fighter as he used to be. So its a 50/50 fight imo. But sure hell worth watching:good

Good post overall, Bute has not done **** to claim he's a top tier fighter, who has he beaten that Kessler,Froch,Ward,Dirrell and them cats wouldn't beat? I'm sure as heck-fire about the mentioned would not spend damn near 20 seconds on the canvas like a fool against Librado Andrade.

 

Ive said this over and over , Bute looks good but he's fougt no-one , yet all his fans want to rank him abover Kessler , Froch , Ward et al.

The Kessler who beat Andrade would no doubt beat Bute imo.
The Kessler who beat Froch.. well I'm not sure.. but I'll still be backing him 100%

Agreed. If Kessler can roll back the clock and emerge as the Andrade-Kessler, Bute will be KTFO. If it's the Froch-Kessler that shows we'd see a war that could go either way. The Ward-Kessler would surely lose.

 

The Kessler from the Andrade fight vs the Bute at that time. Kessler without any doubt.

But since then Bute improved a lot and Kessler from inactivity, from injuries, from something we dont know (?) and from what we saw against Ward and Froch will go for Bute.

Dont forget that Bute's team in each of his fight (except for the first Andrade fight) always prepare their fighter to an elite level. Bute and his team learned from that mistake in the first Andrade fight and we saw nothing that could tell us that he will not be at his best in the next fights he will make.

Is he invincible, the P4P? no, but having said all that, Bute by KO.
