Not a good fight for Miranda IMO....BUT, he does have great power, and the guy will fight ANYONE. Need more like him.

Showtime - wasn't HBO all that interested in this fight?

Miranda 'Antonio Tarvers' Kessler in the 3rd. I'm talking eyes closed wild over the top left hand that crushes the right side of Kessler's face for the brutal decapation KO win.:!:

It will be a good win for Kessler and on US tv to boot.

    Good for him.

Showtime has been doing well of late.

    Marques/Vasquez 3, Haye, Enzo.

    April 12, Woods/Tarver, Dawson/Johnson

    And now Miranda/Kessler.

    I'm glad i have a subscription.

That's what I was thinking... but Miranda's last fight was on SHO... and I don't think that Kessler has ever signed a multi-fight deal with HBO... so... Showtime was always a possibility...

Wow big dangerous fight for Kessler if it happens. He could have been excused for taking an easier option but fair dues to the man. Great fight and although I expect Kessler to come away with the win it really could go either way.

If it does come off I'll be begging the British tv companies to show it.

Good for both of them but Miranda needs a hailmary to win this fight.

This is tremendous. Has Kessler ever fought a KO artist of this stature? It's a risky fight for him, to say the least, but a dominant performance from Kessler would have to change opinions of him in the US and greatly improve his marketability outside of Europe. And it would set the stage for Kessler v Pavlik or Taylor.
