Kessler is pretty tall for a SMW - I only recall Andrade being taller.

After Kessler makes Miranda look like what he truly is, Kessler will be given little if any credit, as he's already dominated better opponents than Miranda.:yep

It's not like we can legitimately give him credit for Miranda...

    Miranda's a tune up essentially.

Kessler can 1 by 1 annihilates Miranda, Taylor and Pavlik and then all 3 will be brought down to the level that they truly are operating in with the eyes of fight fans.

Kessler would be given a lot of credit if he beat an unbeaten Bute next year, and rightly so, I think.

He's 6'1, he doesn't hold the height advantage Monzon often held as a MW, though Monzon was able to prove it against men his size as well.

The real difference here isn't neccessarily the height, but how they used it. Monzon fought tall, Kessler doesn't really.

    Well that's my point.

A lot of biased American fans will say 'fight this guy, this guy' in Miranda, Pavlik and Taylor type guys, then these guys will get ****ing dominated and stopped, and then everyone will say that they are all limited, which we're saying NOW.

But then Kessler can beat his Euro contemporaries and actually get more credit from both American and Euro fans(remember how hyped a lot of American's were pre-Calzaghe for his domination's), but then you have a select few who still say everybody is a bum.

We'll have to say, if Pavlik and Taylor are all now limited, what does that say about Kessler and Calzaghe in comparison to Wright and Hopkins?:yep

I personally feel that if Bute gets by Andrade, he'll have proven he's better than Pavlik and Taylor, and if he beat say Mundine or the Froch/Inkin winner, then he'd be a top 20 P4P at the very least.

He obviously is. Pavlik beats the very limited Miranda and Taylor and suddenly he's 'elite' in some clowns' eyes.

Sorry - but I think I know what I'm thinking better than you do - and I think Kessler can go beyond Monzon one day... you may disagree, but that wouldn't change my mind :)

In terms of Bute v. Andrade, the fight to look at is Bute v. Thysse. Thysse is a very good journeyman, who is tough, likes to press and has a good chin. Not Andrade level, obviously, but the best pressure fighter Bute has fought so far.

    The fight is on dailymotion.

Amsterdam, my man. Ill buy you a beer if you ever see Europe again. These vids are very nice and you are just spot on.

Pavlik is B level but he is effective and a good finisher. Thats it.

Calzaghe is Elite - very intelligent and with insane speed, chin and punch output.

Kessler is A level and one of the fighters I enjoy watching the most.

Miranda is a crude slugger and B level.

Mundine is B level but would beat Miranda by TKO and Pavlik by wide UD.

McCray? Alan former sparing partner? I do recall....unfortunately Alan did get caught but he wasn't exactly going full force with Donnie...after the KD he got up and took care of business the way he should have...i think given the lackluster preformance I think he took him very lightly.

I've seen 12 or 13 of Mudines fights...He's decent. Got a lot of athletic ability but his skills are decent and he's got decent speed...better than most at his weight but nothing special.

Mudine from what I see has limited offense...his offense is his reflexes and footwork. He moves well and avoids his opponents offense bc he can move swiftly.

I give Mirianda the edge but I would say that Mudine would possibly be up on the cards before getting KO'd.
