Buddy, you will have to wait another 6 months...who cares if Kessler wants no taste of the top 3....he could just hang them and keep his head intact instead of being hurt for money and fame. Unless Sauerland's gang wants to milk him while they still can...pointless anyways!

Unfortunately, your plan can not work because April is too far away. That would mean Bute-Kessler would be in September and Bute-Ward early 2013. That won't work. It's too far away and then, mandatories would become a problem. If Ward or Froch want to cash on their super 6 performance, they have to do it sooner than that.

 

You forgot his operation, which put him aside for several months after the Calzaghe fight. The split wit Palle cost him a lot of his prime, unfortunately.

 

I hope that Stieglitz isn't too much for an inactive Kessler. Bouadla was not a good opponent and it's already far away from now, imagine from his April fight. WIll Kessler be top shape? The only positive thing is that Stieglitz is pretty inactive himself.

And it's not like the Stieglitz fight will be a defensive fight either... his hands might be in even worse shape after the fight.
