Sartison clearly won the first round.

Kessler getting hit by the counter right over his jab against a guy the caliber of Sartison is not a good sign.

Apart from that, he looked quite sharp.

I think Mikkel was rocked in the first round. I was watching the fight with my friend. At one point in the first round I said "****, sartison has a good right hook" 30 seconds later Mikkel felt that right hook. I was worried for about 10 or 15 seconds.

He was hurt. And he said so himself after the fight. But other than that he was not hit much. Not as someone said earlieer. I dont think so.

    What caliber is that. ?

He was undefeated and people underestimated him. No doubt.

Yeps totally true. Sartison did not win a single round. He was good anyway.

Agreed. I think he had thrown a punch and was pulling back so his balance was part of that too. Hard to see in the slow mo clip in the post because it is straight on.

He was 300 grams under the weight limit. That is not a lot. He was not ripped. But he did not have too much fat either.

You dont know his body so you cant say he will be better a middleweight. Maybe he is a lot more comfortable at super middle.

no Sartison won it, he landed more signficant shots

you don't win a round by having all your punches blocked or ducked, getting countered and almost knocked down, and getting hit by multiple body shots

even if your name is Kessler

If they gave the weights at fight time I missed them. My Danish is not up to snuff. ;) Anyone have that info?

    Kessler 167.8
    Sartison 166.3

So Sartison is well under. But you just don't know. I'm sure he would fight at middle if he could, without being weak. He's small, but people have different bone structure and muscle mass.
