Had it in college. 35 years ago. I can tell it is French, but it ends there.

I was just wondering what the difference was at fight time.

Mikkel Kessler needs to fight just a bit more often.
I know he is injury prone, and you need to recover after a hard effort of training for months up to a fight. But taking 8 or 9 months off in between each fight is just too much.

The prime years are passing too fast that way.

Once every 4-5 months, at least twice a year, is not too much to ask for. Heed this advice MIkkel Kessler. I will give it to you for free.

Sartison had big calf muscles, I noticed.
    I notice such things.

I don't think Kessler will be so inactive now, he was just recovering from the hand injuries and the mental scarring of losing his 0. Also his manager was ill. He has 40 fights already, which isn't bad. He will be back stronger next fight I'm sure.

I am not trying to give the round to him because of his name. I have only seen the fight once, and the overall impression I had was that Mikkel landed significantly more than Sartison in round one.

Someone posted before Kessler is only good for 2 fights a year because of back problems that hamper his training?

It's funny you've commented twice in this thread when you don't care! :D

    You are worried.

I think so too. And I hope so too. But my honest opinion is that he did not look so bad, as he did last night, in the last years.

He looked to be at the same level as in the Mundine fight. And this time there were no injuries. Maybe I am reading too much into it. Probably just ring rust. He will be better next time.

I don't try and score fights but just have a general impression at the end of the round. As much as I would like to say I'd give it to Saristan to show that Kessler would be more vunerable to Pavlik, I can't. Even if he stunned Kessler, it was a short lived victory meaning little in the overall round. He tried to jump in and make the most of it, but Kessler recovered very quickly.

I havn't heard about this. It's probably true when he stays so upright

But if we look at the evidence, he fought twice a year since 2004, so it could right

2 fights a year is fine as long as we get less Borat's and Hausslers

    Dear TFFP

    Kind Regards,

I couldnt help but notice the comment you made in response to what I said about Miranda weighing 190 in the RD by RD yesterday. I wanted to clear things up with you and let you know that I was reffering to what Pantera2000 had said being BS and not you. I was very appreciative of your RD by RD analysis regarding both the Marquez Lorenzo, and Abraham Miranda fights. I am not the type to bite the hand that feeds. I hope to clear the misundertanding and i would like to hear from you about this matter A.S.A.P.

    sincerely,

    Bslice
