If so why don't he fight Stieglitz then, the guy has waited since Nov 2011 for this fight/pay day, i.l guess he would wait 4 weeks more ?

Then they talk about Magee and Balzay to get near a rematch vs. Ward

AND............................

Now they talk about 175 vs Cloud ?


A press conference in a week will sort all this out though.......:huh

A blatant and shameful duck by Kessler. He knows he doesn't stand a chance against Stieglitz and that he would probably be humiliated and retired by the young lion, so he takes the easy way out and fakes a hand-injury...atsch

 

It is no secret that Kessler has had a long history of injuries. In fact, it doesn't really seem like his body was made for this sport. So personally, I don't think it is far fetched that Kessler is indeed injured again. But of course - each to his own...

The more serious question to me is; why doesn't Kessler call it a day and stop

 

Not the first time - he even ducked Miranda in a schedule 10 round show fight.....:twisted:

 

Kesslers hole career has been full of injuries....

 

If its an injury again, then he should consider retirement...I'ma huge Kessler fan btw

This sounds all too calculated and it makes me question some of his previous injury excuses.

 

Danish papers seem to have some info from sauerland about kessler maybe moving up a weight class..

I'm fairly certain he's on Lucian radar. And would Showtime turn down a unification fight for Bute's finale should Ward continue to duck after Bute has dispatched Froch?:deal
