Interesting. A bout I never imagined. I wonder how Kessler would feel at 160, although a catch weight would be fine for a non-title fight.

I'd be shocked if Kessler could get down to middleweight

I don't think Kessler would be able to land on him.

Sergio, even looking horrible against Murray by his standards, still does have top notch movement. Kessler's speed seems to be the one most noticable part of his game that is visibly declined. Bad combination there.

He would be much larger than Sergio. I doubt Sergio wants to fight large MW's after all the injuries and late scare he had against Chavez.

If Sergio has anything left his speed and movement would be a nightmare for Kessler ... Bit of a horrible match up for Kessler cos I could see him lookin corpse like at 160 and could severely mess up his punch resistance
In an ideal world id Rather Sergio tuck on GGG, giv him a lesson and retired one of the best MW champs in recent years
I mean he'll be pushin 40 soon and with his style relying on reflexes I don't see him lasting too much longer at top, top level
Plus he's lookin abit chinny at the minute

No way Kessler could get to 160 this late in his career.

You think he beats Martinez but gets koed against the less proven GGG? I don't follow your logic here. I don't think Kessler makes 160 but if somehow he did and wasn't drained he would beat GGG up.

Would be an easy KO for Kessler.

 Boy, you noobs are a trip with your un-analyzed comments.
The only lesson sergio would teach GGG is to find a promoter
that can have you avoid ALL top fights in your division while
    calling yourself the "champ"

Man, i think kessler making 160 would have detrimental effects
on him, especially at this stage of his career. Kessler needs to
go to germany and stop steiglitz to go out with a win and a paper
title and then have 1 last hurrah with a safe opponent in herning
and call it a day. He's shot and doesn't need to be a gatekeeper
    to ruin his legacy.
