Kessler should win, but Ward could win. If I had to pick I'd go with Kessler only because of experience and the Calzaghe fight could have taught him a lot of lessons on how to deal with high volumes of punches, etc.

I got ward to win in a one sided fight possible early ko too.
Kessler is overrated he's slow and stiff.

kessler is overrated but the thing is we dont now what ward is. i think he has the potential to be the best super middleweight in the division but he hasnt had the competition to justify that as of yet. this will be his first huge test

I'm going with a close UD for Ward, but I'm not exceptionally confident.

Against Calzaghe my gut told me Calzaghe by UD and but I hoped for a late Kessler TKO. This time I'm going to listen to my gut and say Ward by close decision because Kessler looked slow 2 months ago. I ****ing hope I'm wrong again though

I'm really looking forward to see if Kessler has brushed off the rust and if he has he should win this. If not I think Ward has the edge. I have no clue to whether Kessler is 100% or past his prime right now. I think he's completely injury free and he also made weight easily so that looks good but the lack of speed against Perdomo worries me. Had 2 months to work on if but from what I hear he was himself surprised of his slow footwork

Dont worry Kessler doesnt have to be in top shape to beat Ward.

I'm taking Ward. Would love to see Kessler win, but I've always felt Mikkel is a bit too limited in his shot selection, and too redundant in his approach. Ward is potentially dynamic enough to be Kessler's undoing. That said though, Kessler is a darn good athlete with excellent handspeed and solid power. I can appreciate why he's the favorite, but I fully expect an upset provided Ward can keep himself from getting caught.

    Can't wait.
