Can't be a coincidence that Kessler announces that he's coming back a few weeks before Froch/Groves, Kessler might even face the loser of Froch/Groves because the winner is set to defend against DeGale/Gonzales. I'd like to see him face Abraham or Bika and try to pick up a title.
I cant really see neither being intrested in Degale i think both would side step for a unification fight tbh
if he stays at 168 i would like to see him in against ward (when he sorts his **** out)abraham or as others have said i would like to see degale step up. @175 would like to see how kovalevs power fairs against someone with a decent chin saying that, kessler is getting on and he's not the hardest to hit these days so could be dangerous. hope he has a warm-up fist on the green or magee level his last fight was a hard one and he's had a long lay off
Kessler would beat DeGale. Would like him to fight GGG at SM, or Hopkins at LHW would be good. Would have been a great fight as Chief Support at Wembley v DeGale with winner fighting Froch after he beats Groves, and Groves could have fought DeGale after Kessler beat him
Degale would be a good fight but the numbers wouldn't add up over here DeGale isn't enough of a ticket/PPV draw, he would have to travel
Great career great boxer but often the last to know, agree with all the lads on here who say he should retire.
past his best I think. He did well in the 2nd fight against Froch but even then late on Froch had him ready to go more than once. De Gale would be a good fight and could really raise De Gales profile if he were to win. Abraham would probably be a good choice. Winnable against a name whos coming off a couple of decent results. Probably an easy fight to make but his Kesslers best days are probably gone
