If Calzaghe continue to box with his hands down against Kessler i think he'll get cut badly.. his bob and weave is not the best anymore... Kessler has one of the best jabs and righthands in boxing.. it's going to be :ko what do you think.. is Calzaghe good at defending against quick jabs? :happy :mj
Calzaghe won't showboat against Kessler unless he's dominating him. Only when he knew he had Lacy's number did he start doing that regularly. He learnt his lesson after getting dropped in the past. And I doubt he'll get cut, the only time he's ever been cut is against Bika's head. 40+ pro fights and he's only been cut once by a headbutt and never had a broken nose and Calzaghe has a big nose! So yes he has a good, if unconventional defence.
As MancMexican said, JC doesn't cut easily, but I do think he will be hit alot, when his all-offence kicks in, and it doesn't make Kessler timid as it has done to so many others.
