    according to to the danish press mikkel kessler will fight june 21..... is opponent will be official tomorrow on wednesday, but rumours in denmark says it is lucian bute... the fight is in denmark.....

    if its bute am very surpriced.... bute hasent fought on a big fighters home field and him coming to denmark is hard to believe.....

    but a great day... the champ is back... maybe he can make us forget the fight with JC..... and maybe he is fit this time and will use his right hand after round 6 :):)

    we know it will take place in denmark,it´s a worldtitle fight.

    It's not Bute!

    Bute's been out for the past 4 weeks, with an injury. He's been told to rest completely. He'll start his rehabiitation in 2 weeks' time. He'll go back in the gym at the end of June...his next fight will be in autumn, against his mandatory - Andrade.

    Kessler will be fighting Juergen Braehmer for the vacant WBA title at 175 lbs, most likely.

    I hate the way fighters can move up a division and fight for a vacant title which they have not earnt the chance to do so. I know one man who would travel to Denmark and fight at 175.......the road warrior!! lol

    Johnson's next fight will be against Diaconu, most likely, especially if Dawson drops the belt to duck Diaconu.

    Everything depends on if it will be televised in the US or not (money). I would be very surprised if it's gonna be Bute but that would be just GREAT! But I gave very little chance and I don't think it's gonna be as big as Taylor or Winky... Brahmer for the WBA 175 would be interesting, however if it's for the vacant belt, the opponent will be:

    Hugo Hernan Garay     from Argentina.

    There's no need to forget the JC fight. I was there that night and even though Kessler lost he made a hell of a lot of new fans that night with the way he fought. You can be proud of his for that fight. I'll definately be following his carear closely from now on.

    He's not... he's just the Official Challenger at 175, the one who was to fight Green and the one who's got the right for fight for the vacant belt...

    Yeah, but remember...boxing is a corrupt enterprise...things are not done by the book...Kessler will be rated higher than Barashian and Garay...Roy Jones is fighting Calzaghe and Braehmer will be promoted up a couple of places...
