The Kessler that used to throw combinations and stay on his toes (ie against Andrade & Mundine), could give Froch some big problems, but since Calzaghe beat Kessler hes never quite seemed the same & I think with the further big loss to Ward, Kesslers confidence might be less.
I think Kessler will start well but when Froch lands some heavy clubbing blows, I think Kessler may well go into a shell, giving Froch more oppotunity.
I think Froch wins a close possibly contraversial decision

    Tough call...

You gotta figure Kessler is coming back with a vengance after getting mugged and beaten up in the States... plus home field advantage has been big in the tourney.

I like Kessler's attitude and mentality,,, and used to think he was a pretty solid boxer (if somewhat basic and predicable)

But who knows what he's got left? Who's he beat in the last few years???

Froch has done a hell of alot more lately,,, he's a hard man, and his confidence is flying,,, so it should be a war!

the way i see this, kessler will start slow an froch will come out swinging, as he did vs pascal.

round 2 an 3 will just be a war, by round 5 kessler will have had enough an he'll quit on his stool

If Kessler allows Froch to connect ..then he will suffer. Remember now, Frochy boy has a chin and is ready to Fight!!!

I think Froch is going to be in big trouble in this one... I am pretty confident that Kessler will win by TKO ...

It all comes down to IF Kessler is OLD or not.
IF Kessler KO's Froch I want an investigation into the Ward fight as I will feel it was a fixed fight.

    Looking at it all,
things dont make since. First the line up of fights. Dirrel should have fought Ward in the first round first fight. Taylor against AA as it was. And Froch Vs Kessler in the third. That scenario would have generated ALLOT more buzz and pre fight hype. The Froch Kessler hype up could have been HUGE. That would have been a unification and assume Ring champion. Ward Dirrel hype up for the best America. On paper it just doesn't make since. Think about the LACK of HYPE around the Super Six now compared to when it was announced.

Good. There should be some easy money made by betting on froch.

Kessler will stop Froch early in my opinion. Froch is just there to get hit and I believe Kessler will be on top of his game; he probably underestimated Ward and payed for it.

Can't pick between them to be honest.
    Either UD/SD.

The difference here is will to win and chins both men are easy to land on but I think froch hits harder and has a better chin than kessler.
I think froch will win via KO.

I just have the impression that kessler all along has had an easy hometown ride and was lucky to even be a world champion and is just glad to be cashing in.He knows he has no chance but he's fighting froch because the money is going to be great from fighting in denmark.

Froch in 3 fights has done more than kessler has done in his entire career and that speaks volumes about kesslers carefully crafted stay at home in denmark career.
