i think ward beats kessler in the first fight regardless of where they are9hopefully hometown decisions dont rob the true winner) i dont see kessler beating ward who i believe will be the champ

I hope either Froch or Kessler wins this, but I think it's far from easy fo any of them. It's a very competitive and genuinely exciting tournament, and it's going to be a great couple of years for the SMW division.

I think Kessler will win and I am an American , I think Taylor stands a good chance as well he just cannot seem to relax and expends too mucch energy. i am excited to watch kessler again. He has the potential to be great.

they chose the six fighters well imo, three white euros and three black americans, there is someone for every fan in boxing to support and it will be a huge success and i see HBO following a similar suit soon after.

Even the fighter that much people are putting of or on paper the fighter with a much lees of a chance by hearign the other poster Froch have a chance, a lot of people are picking him to lose to Dirrel, because of his superior boxing skills, but we have to check tha stamina and chin first becasue froch can punch as is a very durable fighter.

Kessler has never had success @ the level he will be fighting at. a Valiant but clear loss to Calzaghe doesnt warrant respect. Robin Reid gave him a better fight, Brewer gave him as much trouble.

Kessler was Calzaghes best challenger....the best of a very poor bunch.

U will see Kesslers level quite clearly after the 1st fight.

Calzaghe is very lucky he isnt fighting at this level on a consistant basis.

    I agree.

You might as well say that Abraham will win the tourney undefeated.

Kessler may win, but is much too early to say.

Remember that Kessler is probably the least backed of all the fighters. He just split with his promoter and manager and Abraham's promoter is now promoting him. However, Sauerland sacrificed Kessler in order to give Abraham hometown advantage against Taylor. So now Kessler has to go abroad against Ward.

Kessler is good I agree, but he will not be given any favors in this tourney - on the contrary.

I think Direll could win the whole thing. Froch could even win with his excellent stamina and being the biggest of them all (next to Direll). He seems VERY confident leading into this.

In short - VERY premature to assume one of the six will just win it and VERY VERY premature to talk about anyone winning it undefeated.

I'm a fan of Froch but in all honesty I don't really care who wins the tournament as long as we get some great fights. I'm a fan of all these fighters now that they've showed the balls to sign up to this.

Good assessment. Of course Kessler is in with a very good chance but his resume isn't anything special. Froch has two better wins than anything on Kessler's record.

It a strange situation with Kessler in that in many people's opinion he seems to gets better the less he fights!!!

    ROFL !!!1

Taylor+ Pascal are far more talented than a semi retired Lucas /Beyer (thats equivalent to Frochs KO of Robin Reid)

Andrade is a a punch bag with no skill and Mundine is famous for a trilogy agaimnst sam Soliman and getting Kod by none other than Julian JAckson clone Ottke.!!
