Kessler is being protected and is fighting fights he only thinks he can easily win. Like I said I have no problem with that, but stop defending the guy as a great or someone who wants to fight the best.

Further, Stay in europe and stop wasting time here in the states. I am surprised as hell any network wants Kessler. The Calzaghe/Kessler match bombed in the ratings. A winky fight will bomb even worse.

 

No, what was discussed was Mogens Palle talking about a conversation he had with HBO regarding hypothetical future opponents for Kessler.

At no point were Dawson or his camp involved, at no point were any offers made or refused and at no point in time to my knowledge has Chas Dawson expressed any opinion on fighting Mikkel Kessler, and especially not at SMW.

So if you're going to make bull**** claims like 'Kessler could be fighting Dawson at 168, but turned it down' then bring some kind of evidence.

 

Just watched Dirrells last fight... Kessler would slaughter him... Weak ass defence... Not even close to being rdy.
Atleast Wright has some kind of defence.

When there comes a new battle is unclear, according to Mogens Palle, but he estimated that Kessler in action until February or March.

Palle said it himself. HBO offered them some money to fight Dawson and they rejected it.what more proof do you need?

 

Yet he is fighting winky next? Eventually he will fight Taylor as well..a middleweight.

Kessler doesnt need to come to the states, like I said, the europeans are so great why is he begging for figths in the USA and to train in the USA?

 

Well... if you dont feel like watching Kessler fight. Dont. None of the young american contenders at smw are ready for Kessler yet. Taylor doesnt want the fight at the moment, so that leaves who??? Hopkins wont fight Kessler. Dawson only wanted to fight at LHW (Why should he move down in weight for a fight with Kess???)
Winky seems like a fine first fight for Kessler in th US to me...
Noone is forcing you to watch the great eurobum Kessler...

You're right. Taylor does not want Kessler. Dibella and Team Taylor are trying to make something happen with Calzaghe, and Kessler's only loss came against .... who? Some Welsh guy wasn't it?

 

Taylor Calzaghe... Well... Taylor has shown us he can beat a shot Lazy at SMW. I actually thought Taylor wanted to dominate SMW now??? Calzaghe is old, semi retired and not going to fight Taylor (who lost twice recently). Kessler is the top of the division... Ofcourse Taylor wont fight Kess... Wuzzz

 

So you admit to me that Kessler is not fighting quality opponents, is afraid to fight Dawson which they turned down, yet will move up to fight Bhop or Calzaghe. I will watch Kessler, I watch also every boxign bout I can.

There are good fights to be made in Europe right now for Kessler. Make those fights and stop begging for recognition in the USA when Team Palle rejects offers.

Kessler can make the froch fight or Inkin/balszay winner. Theres plenty of good fights out there for him. I still havent seen anyting official anyhow. If it is Wright i will be disappointed.

 

The big name US-fighters don't want anything to do with Kessler at the moment. I don't think they fear him, but Kessler is simply not a big name in US. Even here there a still fans who are ignorant. Therefor Kessler now plans to fight 2-3 fights in US to gain some recognition. HBO likes him and i think you should respect Kessler to take some massive pay cut in his next fights, only to try to please the US-boxingfans.

 

I agree with you that Inkin and Froch are better fights then Wright imo. But I really doubt that Kessler can land one of these fights soon enough. If I had to choose between Kessler fighting another "mandatory" or the wright bout, I would have no doubt in my mind.
Im sure Kessler will fight both Bute and Froch/Taylor when he gets the chance/the money is right for both parties.

 

Froch can be ready in the time this fight is about set to be made. Kessler would likely beat Froch as well. Still this is atleast a high quality supermiddle fight.

Winky has really only had one fight above light middle. His last fight which he lost. Other then that winky will not have fought for well over 2 years. If Kessler wants to be a big name and earn big money he has to stepm up his competition against exciting fighters. Winky fullfils none of these requierments.
